About Conditioning

At PT Kinetics our trainers work with your Physiotherapist to safely get you back to optimal movement. We offer one-on-one sessions and small group classes with our Athletic Therapist Colby Westgard and Pilates Instructor Brooke Paterson. Since the maximum number of participants is 3-4 quality individualized instruction is guaranteed. These classes are great for anyone looking to get back into a fitness routine, or for seasoned athletes wanting that extra edge!

B.Kin Athletic Therapist
Colby is a Kinesiologist & Athletic Therapist and runs the Rehabilitative Conditioning program at PT Kinetics. She creates custom exercise/ stretch programs to assist with injury rehab & is experienced in the care of a broad spectrum of sports injuries. While our physiotherapists help GET YOU MOVING, Colby will KEEP YOU MOVING with conditioning sessions specific to previous injury, while preventing future ones!

STOTT Pilates Instructor
Brooke received her Stott Pilates certification in 2007 where she has specialties in Advanced Mat, Reformer and Injuries and Special Populations. She thoroughly enjoys teaching and has found her passion for helping and empowering people through challenges in their bodies. Movement is her passion and helping people focus on what they CAN do has been incredibly rewarding!
